Surrounded by trees and quiet wilderness.

Here, you slow down.

At Camp Kraft, nature is not something you visit
– it is something you live in.

Wildlife Right Outside the Door

Step outside and you’re immediately surrounded by life. At Camp Kraft, animals regularly sighted include moose, squirrels, fox, badger, roe deer and owls, along with white-tailed eagles and ospreys circling above the water. Woodpeckers and a wide variety of small birds bring constant movement and sound to the forest around you.

Quiet Visitors at Dusk

A rare and calm moment as a moose cow and her calf move through the landscape, right outside the door at Camp Kraft.

Friends in High Places

Not all of our neighbours walk past the door – some live above it. In the trees around Camp Kraft you’ll often see red squirrels moving between the branches and woodpeckers working on the old pines. They’re small, but they bring a constant, quiet energy to the forest.

Nature, Framed by the Windows

From every room, the forest feels close. Tall pines, shifting light, drifting clouds and quiet movement in the trees become part of everyday life at Camp Kraft. Whether you are working at the table, sharing a meal, or waking up in the morning, nature is always present — just on the other side of the glass.

The seasons change, the light moves, the forest breathes.
You don’t step out to experience nature here.
You live inside it.
