Ugglestegen
Just below Camp Kraft you can find a little hidden gem. It´s a small pier/ladder that goes in to the water. Ugglestegen is the perfect place to visit in the late afternoon or evening as it is facing west and therefore always sunny later in the day
Swimming at Ugglestegen
Entry is from smooth granite rock rather than a beach, making the water feel deep and clean right away.
The bay is usually sheltered from wind, especially later in the day, and well suited for calm, unhurried swims.
As always in the archipelago, take care on wet rock and enter the water slowly.
How to get there
Ugglestegen is about a 10 min walk
