Stock the fridge!
On your way to Camp Kraft, take the opportunity to stock the fridge and fill up on lots of goodies with locally produced food at the farmstand at Kängsta Naturbruk. At the shop you can buy eggs, cheese, and game. Besides food you can also buy handcrafted items such as candles, sheepskins, flowers and leather hats.
About the farm
Kängsta Naturbruk is run by Birgitta & Henrik Carlson, and is a farm that goes back 6 generations on Henrik's side. There have always been some grazing animals on the land and Henrik has managed the crop cultivation since 1997. Apiculture, honey and natural grazing animals are the basis of the company.
Kängsta work actively to have a biological cycle by returning the nutrients that have been removed in connection with harvesting. They have solar cells, self-catering, their own mixed forest where they make regular withdrawals for wood and firewood.
